ZOOM Help:

You can access ZOOM Meetings either through your smart device (mobile phone, iPad, tablet, etc.) or through your computer.

 

Smart Device:

In order to access Zoom, you will need to have an app on your device. You can download this app for free from your device’s App Store. The application you are looking for is called, “Zoom Cloud Meetings.” Once this app is downloaded onto your device, you can open the app and sign up for an account. Please note, you will not be required to enter any payment information because this application is free.

Once you are logged in with your account, you can access the meeting by clicking the link: https://us04web.zoom.us/j/4791166683 at the time of your meeting. When asked, please give permission for the program to access your video and your audio so you can participate (video is not necessary, but audio will be required for interaction.)

Computer:

If you are using your computer to access a ZOOM meeting, go to the website https://zoom.us. Click on “My Account” on the top, right-hand side of the screen, and sign up for a new account if you do not already have one. If you have one, please login. Please note, you will not be required to enter any payment information because this program is free.

Once you are logged in, click the link https://us04web.zoom.us/j/4791166683 at the time of your meeting. You will be prompted to download the program at that moment. When asked, please give permission for the program to access your video and your audio so you can participate (video is not necessary, but audio will be required for interaction.)
